The
central government worked out a plan to develop a new
culture in 10 cities which was held 2002 FIFA World Cup
Korea-Japan. With priority given to Yuseong-gu, Daejeon-si,
we made Baekje Cultural Area Tourism Conference in 11,
2002 to be a good example in self-administration time
as composing and advertising the tourist attractions of
self-governing bodies which have superior culture of Baekje
Kingdom.
The conference has 5 members, Yuseong-gu in Daejeon-si,
Gongju-s, Buyeo-gun and Geumsan-gun in Chungcheongnam-do,
Muju-gun in Jeollabuk-do. Yuseong-gu is famous for Yuseong
spa, Gongju-si and Buyeo-gun for Baekje Culture, Geumsan-gun
for ginseng and Muju-gun for Muju Resort. There are plenty
things to see , have and enjoy in 5 areas.
